Ramesh is the founder partner of the Firm and had established the Firm in the Year 1978. He is a Commerce and Law Graduate from Nagpur University.

He has to his credit vast & rich experience of 44 years in areas of Auditing, Management Consultancy services, Direct and Indirect Tax.

He has been actively involved with the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has played major role in the following:

• Founded the Akola C.A. study circle of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
• Served as “Chairman of Akola Branch” of WIRC of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in the Year 2008-09
• Served as “Executive Body Member” of Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce & Industries for 2 terms
• Founder member of Akola Industries Association
• Served as “Trainer for staff of Cooperative Banks & Pat Sansthas”

Arti Telang

(B.Com, FCA, Diploma in IFRS from ACCA)

Arti is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with over 20 years of experience in accounting and assurance services. She has also completed her diploma in IFRS, taken by Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Before being part of ARTH & Associates, she was working with Price Waterhouse and A.F. Ferguson (now part of Deloitte) for over 7 years.

Through a professional career spanning more than a decade, she has handled various assurance and advisory engagements for large multinational companies and listed clients in ITES, Automotive and Auto Ancillary, Real Estate and Pharmaceutical Sectors.

Her key areas of expertise are statutory audits, IFRS group reporting and accounting advisory. She is also actively involved in direct taxation advisory work. She has been with the firm since early 2011 and has been a continual part of the core leadership team. She is very focused in her approach and is abreast with all technical updates in Indian GAAP compliances and believes in providing practical and commercially viable solutions to complex technical accounting matters which are compliant with regulations.

Jalaj Baheti

(B Com, DISA, FCA)

Jalaj is a commerce graduate from Pune University and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Jalaj is also a qualified System Auditor. He has over 17 Years of experience in providing professional and management services in the areas of Accounts, Audits and indirect tax services.

He has been practicing in the following areas:

• Conducting audit of banks, Credit Co-operative society, public sector entities, etc.
• Advisory, planning and compliance services for various large corporate on Indirect Taxes especially Services Tax & GST
• Direct Tax Planning, Advisory, Compliance regulatory services for Corporates and Individual
• Handling Direct and Indirect Tax Assessments
• Company law advisory and compliance services for domestic companies

He also provides services for Accounting to various Government schemes and Statutory as well as Internal audits of various state Government schemes.

Hemant Dagale

(M Com, DISA, FCA)

Hemant is a Fellow Member of the Institute of chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has completed Certificate course on GST & Concurrent audit of Banks conducted by Institute of chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

He has over 11 years of experience in the fields of Taxation both direct and indirect tax compliances including GST. He has developed strong understanding of practical application of indirect tax laws to business.

He is a part of the consulting arm of the firm and has advised clients across several industries on various issues in Direct & Indirect taxation. He is handling regular scrutiny assessment cases & CIT Appeals under Income tax, Scrutiny and Appeals under GST, VAT and Service Tax.

Vaishali Khandare

(B Com, FCA)

Vaishali is commerce graduate from Nagpur University and qualified as Chartered Accountant. She has successfully completed certified course on IFRS & concurrent bank audits.

She has over 17 Years of experience in the fields of International taxation, Corporate audit, and ROCVaishali Khandare compliances.

Ankush Mane

(B Com, ACA)

Ankush has over 8 Years of experience in Risk Centric and Process Focused Internal Audits, designing Standard Operating Procedures / Management Reporting System, IFC Reviews, etc. Ankush is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.

He has cleared the Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) course conducted by ICAI.

He has vast experience in leading internal audits of large corporate clients (Top line 1000 Cr +) encompassing Food Processing, IT/ITES, Automotive Ancillary, NBFCs, Logistics and Transport, large Gold Refinery Units, etc.

He has experience in due diligence review (Financials, Tax, Legal) of corporate and other clients.
