ERP Implementation Support
The Firm have experience in working on several Technology Platforms and can support the organization in managing ERP Implementation process. The Firm can support in the following activities:
- Assist the Company in identifying and documenting the Requirements for the ERP Implementation
- Identify existing ERP vendors and assist the companies in technical evaluation of various ERPs and shortlisting suitable vendors
- Monitor the entire Project Management and identify and create Champions from each department to ensure successful implementation
- Co-ordinate with the selected vendor during implementation
